RESERVATIONS

Please read the following instructions carefully before proceeding.

The online reservation system may be used to check availability and/or make reservations by cabin name. We are open seven days a week and recommend speaking with a reservationist, at 888.448.9054, to ensure that you are matched with the property that best suits your needs. However, if you are a repeat visitor or feel comfortable with the information and pictures provided on our website, we welcome you to use the online method. Simply input your desired dates, choose a property by name, enter the number of people in your party, and complete all required fields. If you are only checking availability, simply input desired dates and all properties matching those dates will be reflected.

RENTAL INFO

Reservations may be made online, by telephone, e-mail, or in the Dogwood Cabins office. The maximum number of guests that may occupy a home is listed in the key under each cabins description. During certain periods of the year, we require minimum night reservations, please ask your reservationist for more information on this requirement when making inquiries. In Season rates are from April-November and Out of Season rates are December-March (Holidays are considered “In Season”). Nightly rates are notated under each home, weekly rates are “stay six nights-get the seventh night free”, and monthly rates are available with prices determined upon time of year.

Deposits
In order to guarantee your reservation, a one nights equivalent deposit is required. In addition, the person making the reservation must provide a credit card number for our records. The balance owed must be received 30 days prior to check-in, unless prior arrangements have been made with your reservationist.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to check-in to receive refund of deposit. A $50 administrative fee is kept for all cancellations.

Payment
We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Balances are due 30 days prior to check-in or reservation may be canceled, unless arrangements have been made with your reservationist.

Occupancy/House Parties
Only persons with reservations are permitted to stay in homes overnight. HOUSE PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If a house party is discovered, occupancy will be immediately terminated with complete forfeiture of balance.

Pets
No pets are permitted in any home at any time. If a pet is discovered in any home, occupancy may be terminated with complete forfeiture of balance. An additional $200 fee will be charged for deep cleaning and pest control plus any additional damages.

Check In/Out
You may check in at the Dogwood Cabins office any time between 3:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. Late check-ins can be picked up at the late check-in box next to the front door of the Dogwood Cabins office (please inform the reservationist if you will be a late check-in). Security passes are required to enter the Laurel Valley community between sunset and sunrise and must be visible on the dash of your vehicle, please inform the reservationist of the number of passes you will need prior to check-in. All guests must check out before 11:00 A.M. Any check-outs past 11:00 A.M. will be charged a late fee equivalent to one night stay. Upon check-out, keys may either be left in the home or returned to the office, failure to return keys may result in a $10 replacement fee or the cost of a locksmith.
