The Wellspring Retreat is a very unique lodge ideally suited for extended family reunions, located on a bluff high above the Little River, in a private gated area. Each of its five bedroom suites has an adjoining private bathroom. The family-fun amenities include a 6-hole miniature golf course, rec room (pool table, TV, gathering area), and a large hot tub. The main-floor great room and dining areas are very accomodating for large groups to congregate and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. There are three large wood-burning fireplaces ...located in the extra large living room, the screened-in porch, and the game room/den. The wrap-around porch is an ideal place to relax and take in the beauty of the great outdoors. As a Wellspring Retreat guest, you will have a dedicated access to the Little River adjacent to the iconic footbridge which spans the river (access is from the footbridge to 100 feet downstream where you can swim, tube, and fish). You can also walk across the footbridge to get to restaurants, bike paths, running, etc. You will find the property a great venue to gather and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding Smoky Mountains. Please note that parties and unregistered guests are strictly prohibited. It is also inaccessible to motorcycle and trailers. The property is located in a very quiet tranquil area and we seek to respect and preserve that for everyone's enjoyment.
