The primary bedroom has a Queen size bed and is on the main floor with an ensuite master bath that has a whirlpool jetted tub and shower. The loft bedroom has a Queen size bed with a full size bathroom. There is also an office nook in the loft bedroom for those who need that workspace while vacationing. There are two bedrooms downstairs, and the bunk room that consists of 1-set of bunk (2-Twins) and 1 Trundle bed (2-Twins) must be accessed through the bedroom that has a Queen size bed. The downstairs also has a full size bathroom. There is a stack stone gas fireplace in the living room for you to enjoy in the fall and winter months. Beautiful hardwood flooring throughout this home. Enjoy the rocking chairs on the front porch, or the serenity of the wooded view from the back deck, which is great for relaxing and enjoying a meal cooked on the gas grill. This home is in the gated mountain community of Laurel Valley, where you may use the Wild Laurel Fitness Center at NO charge, and access to the swimming pool for a small fee.
