Dogwood Cabins provided great service. We had a problem with one of the toilets and they responded quickly. Ebenezer Lodge was fantastic and we loved the property. Just I few minor items that they might want to look into:
The shower in the lower level the handle comes off
When we tried to use the jacuzzie tube in the master bed room black residue was coming out of the jets
I loved the outdoor pavilion and all the furniture and cushions on the decks but I think it could have used some cleaning off of the furniture.
I loved the fact that this rental included entrance to the pool that was a big plus. I will say there was one women at the pool that was causing trouble and said she was a member and we should get our own pool. After talking to other people and members at the pool they said she is like that everytime she comes to the pool. That pool entrance is a great enhancement to our rental and it is a shame that one person can cause such a problem and argument with all the guest at the pool. They paying guest were not very happy either. If you want to call me my number is 513-254-8812. Thanks and tell the owners we loved their house and hope everything was OK with the driveway wall - we were the ones that reported that an arrow truck hit the wall while we were there.
