Overview

Named after the Great Smoky Mountain's most iconic creature, Golden Bear was designed to be the golf standard mountain retreat for your next vacation or retreat. Perched on five acres of rolling mountains. The main floor features a wide open great room with floor to celing windows to enjoy the forest and mountain views from any room. A gourmet kitchen provides stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and is well equipped with kitchenware, cutlery, and glasses. Enjoy a clean effortless fire from gas fireplace in the living area or the gas fire pit on the back deck. Two spacious king suites are located on the main floor with private bathrooms. The lower level has a spacious game room with regulation size pool table and retro game machine with over a large assortment of games. There are two additional bedrooms on the lower level, as well as a private deck with oversized hot tub. While staying at this home, guests will have access to the Wild Laurel Fitness Center at NO charge, and access to the swimming pool for a small fee. Wild Laurel also offers a full bar, cafe', and brand new Ping rental clubs if you'd like to play one of the most scenic courses in the Smoky Mountains. Very close proximity, to the Park, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, hiking and bike paths in Townsend, as well as the Little River for fishing and swimming.
