Smoky Mountain Retreat with Unforgettable Views

Escape to the peaceful side of the Smokies and enjoy breathtaking, unobstructed views of

Mount LeConte, Clingmans Dome, and the surrounding mountains. This tri-level retreat

accommodates up to 10–12 guests with 3 primary bedrooms and 3 additional sleeping areas .

Please note: The home is spread over three levels, and all bedrooms and bathrooms are

accessible by stairs only . Guests with mobility limitations should review the layout carefully

before booking.

Main Level: The open-concept living area is designed to showcase the spectacular

mountain views through expansive windows. Relax by the wood-burning stone fireplace,

enjoy the Smart TV, or gather in the newly remodeled kitchen featuring stainless-steel

appliances, a smart range, and everything you need to prepare meals. The island seats three,

the breakfast nook seats four, and the dining table comfortably seats ten with a bench

providing additional seating. Step outside to the deck with a gas BBQ grill and outdoor

dining area.

Upper Level: The private primary suite features a king bed, Smart TV, en-suite

bathroom with jetted shower, walk-in closet, and a Juliet balcony—the perfect spot to enjoy

sunrise or sunset over the mountains.

Lower Level: The lower level includes a queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom

and a twin bedroom. Both open onto a spacious porch with comfortable seating, a gas fire pit,

and mountain views. Adjoining the queen bedroom, the sunroom offers a daybed with

trundle, a dedicated workspace, and floor-to-ceiling windows—ideal for relaxing or

additional sleeping accommodations.

Additional Sleeping & Entertainment Areas: A separate den,

accessible only from the lower-level porch, features a Smart TV, making it a great space for

gaming or movies. It also includes two convertible foam chair beds for additional

guests. Please note: This room does not connect directly to the main house.

A reading loft provides a queen sleeper sofa and is adjacent to a full bathroom with a Jacuzzi

tub and separate shower.
